CHOW-LETTE 

A quick recipe for egg lovers,easy to prepare ,filling, tasty and healthy .

 
Ingredients:
3 to 4 eggs

1/2 a packet noodles boiled

Veggies ( carrots,green beans,tomatoes)

1 large Onion

Green chillies

Cheese cube

Coriander

Salt & Pepper

Oil
Method:

• Boil the noodles till its completely cooked, drain the water and keep aside.

• Very finely chop all the vegetables in a mixing bowl, add the chopped onions and chopped coriander to it.

• Add the boiled noodles.

• Break the eggs and pour it on the noodles and vegetable and mix well together till the egg is completely beaten.

• Add salt and green chillies to taste.

• Heat oil in a pan, swirl it so that the sides of the pan is also coated with the oil.

• Pour the mixture into the pan  and with a spoon or ladle spread it around like a thick omlette.


• Sprinkle some pepper powder , grated cheese and dry basil over it .

• On medium flame cook until completely done approx for 5 mins with the lid on.

• Now carefully transfer it to a plate and serve it hot 🍴

Tuna and Bread Scramble .


Ingredients :

tuna in olive oil 

capsicum diced 

onions chopped 

salt to taste

black pepper

diced green chiles (depending on your spice preference)

your favorite bread scramble, gluten-free brown bread for me)

tomatoes chopped

Coriander / cilantro and grated cheese for the garnish 

 Directions :

1. In a medium skillet, warm vegetable oil or olive oil over medium heat.  Add capsicum ,tomatoes and  onions to the pan.  Sautee for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, or until softened.

2. While these are cooking add salt, and pepper and keep frying .

3. Add tuna and green chiles to the skillet.  Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until warm.

4. While the tuna and chiles are heating up, add the bread scramble of your choice and fry further till every ingredient blends with each other . Sprinkle the finely chopped coriander and grated cheese .Serve hot with tomato ketchup 🤗
