Chicken in Tandoori Gravy Masala .

Ingredients :

✅Chicken

✅plain yogurt

✅tomato purée

✅ginger paste

✅garlic paste

✅garam masala powder

✅paprika powder

✅red chillie powder to taste

✅vineger

✅vegetable oil

✅chaat masala

✅lemon juice

✅cumin powder

✅coriander powder
✔️ Directions :
1. Add all ingrediants into the chicken pieces and marinade for at least 6 hours.

2. Grill it in the tandoor ( if available ) or in the microwave oven.

3. Ready to serve 🍗🍗🤗

Manchurian Baby – Corn !
To marinade baby corns we need :

Baby Corns
Cornflour (corn starch)

Ginger powder

Pepper

Soy Sauce

Salt to taste
For Sticky Sauce:

Minced or crushed Ginger

Minced or crushed Garlic

Green chillies

Onion, finely chopped

Capsicum or yellow bell peppers

Tomatoes

Soy Sauce

Red Chilli Sauce or Green Chilli Sauce

Tomato ketchup

Black Pepper Powder

Cornflour (corn starch) dissolved in Water

Oil

Salt to taste
✔️Fresh coriander for the garnish !!

Lemony PAN Fried spicy Chicken breasts  ..

For the marinade

Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Salt

Black Pepper

Coriander powder

Cumin powder

Dried oregano

Paprika powder
Preferably marinade for at least two hours in the refrigerator for better results .
After the chicken breasts are marinated dredge them in all purpose flour.

 

Heat a skillet pan over medium-high heat with the oil. When oil is ready, place the chicken on the skillet and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown.

Garnish with chilli flakes & oregano ..Yummy chicken breasts are ready to be served .

THUKPA .

THUKPA -is a Tibetan noodle soup🍜 

It originated in the eastern part of Tibet. The dish became popular in Nepal, Bhutan, and the states of Sikkim, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh in Northeast India.
Ingredients for the sumptuous Thukpa(chicken noodles soup) – 🤗
Fresh pieces of Chicken boiled 

Chicken Stock 

Noodles cooked & strained 

Cornflour 

Seasonal Vegetables of your choice 

I used cabbage, carrot,broccoli,beans,tomatoes & mustard greens 

For the sauté 

Onions 

Ginger 

Garlic 

Green chillies 
Salt & Pepper to taste 

Fresh Coriander leaves & chopped onions for the garnish !!

Baked Eggs In A Jiffy ..

Boil eggs & keep aside.

In a baking tray or dish mix English mustard paste, mayonnaise ,salt and pepper to taste ,half a cup milk and blend it into a smooth paste .

Cut the boiled eggs into half & place it on the dish .. Make sure to fully cover the eggs with the paste and leave it to marinade for 20 mins .

bake for 10 mins .. Add 2 mins on d grill mode … Sprinkle chilly flakes and serve … 

Ps: proportion of the ingredients for the marinade depends upon your requirement .
